Data collected on voltfloor.net is processed by APS Digital Marketing, publisher of the Voltfloor service.
Data we collect
The only data collection on this site happens through the demo request form: name, company, phone, e-mail (optional), floor size and message (optional). The IP address is also recorded for abuse prevention.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to contact you back and organise the demo you requested. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
Demo requests are kept for a maximum of 12 months after submission, then deleted.
Hosting and recipients
Data is hosted in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany/Finland). It is neither sold nor shared with third parties: only the Voltfloor team accesses it, to handle your request.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, no trackers and no audience measurement tools.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the site's contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
